Kind and comical service, and a pretty decent pizza overall. Don't let the potential look fool you - mine looked pretty overcooked and kind of grizzly out of the box, but tasted pretty great and was cooked perfectly. Definitely far from the worst pizza I've had, but still not the best. The only real complaint about the place has got to be the price... While I'd say the pizza definitely offers more of a traditional flavour and prep compared to a chain pizza, I wouldn't necessarily call it better, just more authentic. And when you compare prices, it's hard to justify paying double in some cases. And with that in mind, I know that mom and pop shops tend to take a little while to update their ads from time to time, but it feels a little hypocritical to use "why pay franchise prices" as one of their slogans when their pies are in fact more expensive than those franchises... That claim may not have aged well. That might just be me nitpicking though -- great pizza!
